Had an illegitimate daughter , Annie Elizabeth (Nance or Nan), who went to live with her sister Ann Dobson. She married Benny Sanderson
You ask about Aunt Maggie Tarbit's illegitimate daughter. I don't have her birth cert but the index shows she was born in the Castle ward district, i.e. Throckley, Heddon and Newburn, in the Sept quarter of 1900. Her names were Annie Elizabeth but she was always known as Nance or Nan. She married Benny Sanderson a farmer's son and he went to work for Uncle Michael Dobson and took over the farm when he died. They had no children. Nance died in 1965 and Benny in 1976. The Dobsons also adopted Stan the illegitimate son of sister Mary. He was born in 1898 and married Carrie Readshaw the sister of Joe who married Aunt Maggie junior. Life gets complicated doesn't it? Stan and Carrie had two daughters and they died at their younger daughter's in the south of England in the 1970's.
