OPR: 12/12/1828 Ebenezer Grosart, blacksmith,Edgehead in this parish (Liberton) and Jean Shiells residing in Edmonston parish, daughter of Robert Shiells, labourer there, having entered their names for marriage and after being regularly proclaimed and no objections offered, they were married before witnesses on 26/12/1828.
Parish register, Death: Ebenezer Grosert, blacksmith, married, age 49y, died 18/5/1858 at Dundas Mains; buried Dalmeny Churchyard. Parents Ebenezer Grosert, blacksmith,dec, and Margaret Morton. Died of inflammation of lungs for 1 month.
