The following mention in the Patent Rolls may be this Richard - Pat. Rolls
Eliz. Vol 1 p. 410. 10 Nov 1560. "Pardon of Outlawry for William Tredenek
of Cardynham, co. Cornwall, who was put in exigent in the county of the city
of Exeter for non-appearance in the Common Pleas to answer Richard Lanyen in
a plea of debt of 13 Pounds and has now surrendered himself to the Fleet
prison."
