1841 census at home (HO107/143/15/ff49 & 50) at Lords Row, Redruth with daughters Ellen (7), Matilda (5), Caroline (3 weeks) & son Stephen (3). In the same lodgings were Mary Tretharan (45) and her family John (20), Louisa (15), Emma (12), William (8) as well as Jane Michele (40) and Wm Ford (15). All except Wm Ford were born in Cornwall.
