Lumburn Mill and Farm, as it was called, was visited by me (Eric?) in 1964.
It lies on the main road between Tavistock and Liskeard. It is still a farm, but the mill has been disused for many years.
Incidentally Thomas Daw the elder only just succeeded in having his name included in the Census of Population taken on the 3rd April, 1871, as he died at Cockingford Mill fourteen days later (on the 17th April) from inflammation of the lungs. He is believed to have been buried in Widecombe Churchyard.
